Mobile Concepts by Scotty Earns An "A" In
Customer Satisfaction
Mobile Concepts was awarded a 94 out of 100 satisfaction rating by its
past customers and is certified as a Top 20 percent performer.
In a survey conducted by
Open Ratings, past customers were asked a variety of questions to
calculate the overall performance of Mobile Concepts by Scotty. Detailed
performance ratings were taken in the following categories: reliability,
cost, order accuracy, delivery/ timeliness, quality, business relations,
personnel, customer support and responsiveness.
The company took these steps in order to become a GSA approved contract
holder. All of their products can be purchased through the
GSA Advantage program.
Mobile Concepts received zero negative feedback with only six points out of
100 going into the neutral field from clients including government agencies,
military organizations, fire and police departments, utility companies and
private enterprise, among others. This is unusual for a manufacturer
who specializes in custom projects.
"If you are a family owned business for more than 50 years, you assume you
are doing something right, but it is nice to hear it from your customers,"
said Degre. My grandfather John Serro and father Joe Pirschl taught me that
if you don't service your customers, someone else will."
The company manufactures all trailers at their Pennsylvania-based facility
and stands by their workmanship.
"We have three [SCOTTY] sprinkler/fire safety house combo units in
service, crisscrossing New York state almost daily - from rural areas in the
Adirondacks to the urban bustle of midtown Manhattan, and we have been very
satisfied with how they are holding up to such rigorous use," stated Paul D.
Martin, Chief, Bureau of Fire Prevention in Albany, New York.
"The Scotty brand has been a trusted name for over five decades," stated
Degre, "and we still use the Scotty dog emblem. It stands for family, value
and integrity. We will continue the tradition of excellence in every product
we make whether it is educational trailers or ocean containers and
everything in between."
