35FRB DESCRIPTION
The FRB (Front Rear Bedroom) is designed with two bedrooms and a
spacious kitchen area. The primary focus is to have students
practice evacuation from bedroom #1 on the main level or bedroom #2
on the elevated rear level. Bedroom #1 meets ADA requirements for
clearance, walk through and t-turn space. Also, the escape window
meets ADA requirements for egress with the use of our wheelchair
ramp and window kit.
