The Motorized SCOTTY Fire Safety House shown is built on a Chevrolet
6500 gas-powered chassis (other chassis manufacturers available) and
is made for added convenience to you. This motorized unit eliminates
the need for a separate tow vehicle and has a well thought out floor
plan. A full size kitchen, living room and
bedroom complete this
design. All rooms meet ADA requirements for clearance, walk through
and t-turn space. A full size exit door is located in the bedroom as
a second way to egress from the bedroom. Most options shown on the
towable SCOTTY Fire Safety House are available for the motorized.
Some of the features of the pictured vehicle include:
- Smooth .040 aluminum panels painted GM Victory Red 74-L
- Rivet less construction
- Polished extruded aluminum 12 upper front radius with heavy
duty front upper corner aluminum castings
- Maxon wheelchair lift installed at side door
- Roll up curbside compartment door for interior access
- 2 underbody storage boxes on roadside and one on curbside
