The FEMA Fire Prevention & Safety (FP&S) Grant continues to be a key opportunity for departments focused on Community Risk Reduction (CRR).

One of the most effective ways to support CRR is through mobile fire safety houses, giving departments a hands-on way to educate the public and reduce risk before emergencies happen.

We see this approach emphasized at industry events like the Vision 20/20 CRR conference, where departments and organizations are focused on practical ways to improve community safety.

With CRR remaining a top priority for FP&S, it’s a good time for departments to consider how tools like fire safety houses can support both their grant application and their long-term prevention efforts.
