3500 Fire Safety House

Our 3500 Fire Safety House features a full-size living room, a front kitchen, and a rear bedroom students can tour. The 4 extra feet of length allows more people to fit in the living room and kitchen spaces. All rooms meet the ADA requirements for clearance, walkthrough and t-turn space. An exit door and sliding escape window are located in the bedroom. Additional options are available.

The first units were made for the Fire Marshall’s Office in Sandy, UT, and the second unit (both plain and detailed) was made for the Washington Grove VFD in Gaithersburg, MD.
