July 2, 2025
Last week the New Jersey Forest Fire Service in Trenton, NJ, received their custom-built Command 31-6WS. Since both the size and resulting damage from wildfires have steadily been increasing, organizations such as the NJ Forest Fire Service have been working diligently to monitor, contain, extinguish, and prevent them. To help protect the community and environment during a wildfire, we’ve equipped their new mobile command center with six workstations, blocking for six TVs, a conference room, one 14u electronics rack with three shelves, an eight-outlet strip, and a 20×25″ access door, one 32″ monitor, six 19″ monitors, one 43″ Samsung Smart LED TV, two sets of dual-band radios, six FRC LED flush-mount scene lights, one Cradlepoint WiFi router and antenna, and four exterior Vivotek dome cameras.
Other features include:
- Onan 8kW generator with a 30 gallon tank, remote start, and ATS
- One 50-amp, 25′ long removable shoreline
- Pre-wiring for 110v/USB duplex, CAT6 networking, 12v, HDMI, and 20-amp outlets
