Due to our continued growth, we are in need of a carpenter to join our manufacturing team located in Mt Pleasant, PA. Our work week is four (4) 10 hour days 6:00am-4:30pm; Monday through Thursday in an indoor facility.
Mobile Concepts Specialty Vehicles designs and manufacturers task-specific trailers for various industries.
Duties to include but not limited to the following:
- Building walls, floors, ceilings and other misc components
- Installing cabinets, commercial carpet/flooring, windows, doors etc.
- Using power tools, tables saws, drills, panel saw etc
- Final finish work including window trim, and baseboard
- Collaboration with project managers to improve processes
Skills/Experience:
- Strong Knowledge of construction practices
- Being able to perform measuring, sizing, and cutting tasks; read a tape measure
- Having strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with Basic wiring, plumbing
- Interpret drawings & diagrams
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- 2-5 Years experience
- Trade school, vocational school or equivalent is a plus
