May 21, 2025
Soon, we’ll be sending this Mobile Outreach Sprinter Van out west to our customers at Del Norte County’s Behavior Health Department in Crescent City, CA. Their new PATH vehicle will serve as a visible and mobile resource during outreach efforts, act as a primary mode of response for community crisis calls, and will allow them to deliver immediate, on-site support to individuals in need. In collaboration with their community partners, their unit will assist clients in accessing essential services as a way to increase awareness and engagement with Behavioral Health services throughout the county.
To fulfill these duties, their unit was customized to include two workstations, one mounted swivel chair, hinged padded bench seating for added storage space, and a 12×18″ window in the wall separating the cockpit from the work area. Additionally, it’s been outfitted with one Cradlepoint WiFi router and antenna, one 360-degree surveillance camera system, four perimeter lights, and an ample 120VAC electrical system.
