This Mobile DMV 42 was designed and manufactured by Mobile Concepts Specialty Vehicles to serve as a DMV Center for DelDOT in Dover, Delaware. It features a customer service counter, handicap service counter, test station desk, additional storage space above the 5th wheel, a kitchenette, an electric slide out, and a wheelchair lift.
